Why we started
Care should never be a transaction.
Most people meet the healthcare system for the first time on their worst day — after an accident, a diagnosis, or a call from someone else's insurance company. What they need is a clear next step. What they usually get is a directory, a hold queue, and a referral that goes nowhere.
Bridgewell was built to close that gap. Not as another layer between people and their care, but as a coordinator who stays on the line after the first call — confirming appointments, chasing records, and making sure a plan turns into an actual visit.
